I help people prevent disease before it becomes their reality and heal at the root when symptoms have already begun.

My journey started when I became prediabetic despite doing everything “right.” Even as a medical professional, I realised that conventional healthcare offered little guidance on how to prevent illness through everyday habits and sustainable lifestyle change. That experience led me to develop a practical, evidence-based system focused on true prevention and long-term health.

Through intensive study and personal transformation, I discovered how profoundly stress, cortisol regulation, protein intake and resistance training influence metabolic health and healthy aging.

Today, as a UK-qualified Family Medicine Consultant, I combine medical expertise with Lifestyle Medicine coaching and neuroplasticity to help people create measurable, lasting, and sustainable change. My approach bridges science, behavior change and mindset so clients can improve their health with clarity, confidence, and consistency.

We begin with a thorough look at your current health, routine, goals, and markers — such as body measurements, blood pressure, sleep quality, energy, and lab results — so we have a clear baseline to work from.

We focus on the foundations of midlife health that most influence insulin resistance, inflammation, stress and metabolism — like protein intake, meal structure, resistance training, sleep, and stress regulation — along with the mindset patterns that affect consistency.

Step 3 — Rewire the Subconscious

Using evidence-informed coaching and hypnotherapy tools, we work on identity, emotional triggers, automatic habits and self-talk so new routines become easier and more natural.

Step 4 — Personalised Plan & Tracking

You receive a personalised plan built for your life, with realistic goals and meaningful progress tracking. We adjust as needed so improvements are steady and sustainable.

Step 5 — Support & Medical Oversight

If clinical care or medications are needed, I integrate that into the process — ensuring your health journey is cohesive and safe.
